How to Use Stalker Portal Codes in StbEmu
Stalker portal codes need a portal URL and a MAC address. Both go into a compatible IPTV player like StbEmu.
- Install StbEmu on your Android device, TV box or Firestick.
- Open Profiles — Settings → Profiles.
- Create a new profile and give it a name.
- Enter the Portal URL from the list above (do not add
/c). - Enter the MAC address exactly as shown.
- Save and connect — StbEmu loads the channel list within 10-20 seconds.

What Is a Stalker Portal?
A Stalker portal is an IPTV middleware system originally designed for MAG set-top boxes. It delivers live TV, VOD and series through a compatible IPTV application using a portal URL + MAC address pair.

Each MAC has an expiry date set by the admin. Once expired, the portal rejects the connection.
2. Server overload
Free portals get thousands of connections. Peak hours may cause rejections.
3. MAC blocking
Admins block shared MACs that appear on public lists. We update every 2 days.
4. Server shutdown
Free portals have no uptime guarantee and can go offline without notice.
5. ISP restrictions
Some ISPs block known IPTV portal IPs. A VPN may help if a portal does not load.
